担保
The organizer of the exhibition, exhibitor or its agent shall provide guarantee to the Customs when the exhibition items enter the country。Security may be in the form of a deposit equivalent to the amount of tax, a guarantee from a bank or other financial institution, and other forms of security approved by the Customs。If an exhibition is held at a place designated by the Customs or a place under the supervision of a person assigned by the Customs, it may be exempted from providing a guarantee to the Customs
Place of declaration
The organizer of the exhibition or its agent shall complete the import declaration formalities at the customs of the exhibition place。For the exhibition goods imported from the customs of a place other than the exhibition place, the customs transfer formalities shall be completed at the customs of the place of entry。The organizer or its agent shall submit a list of exhibition items to the Customs when declaring the import of exhibition items
查验
The organizer of the exhibition or its agent shall notify the Customs before the exhibition goods are unpacked, so as to prepare the Customs for inspection on site。The owner of the exhibits or his agent shall be present when the Customs conducts inspection of the exhibits, and shall be responsible for assisting in the inspection work such as moving, opening and resealing the goods
The printed matter, audio-visual products and other articles that the Customs deems to be subject to examination and approval shall not be displayed or used during the exhibition。Printed matter and audio-visual products that are harmful to the economy, culture and morality of the country and that infringe intellectual property rights shall not be exhibited or used, and shall be confiscated by the Customs according to the circumstances, returned out of the country or ordered to be used after modification by the exhibiting unit
On-site supervision
When Customs officers are stationed in the exhibition site to perform supervision tasks, the organizer or contractor of the exhibition shall provide office space and necessary office equipment, and pay the Customs fees。Without the permission of the Customs, the exhibition goods shall not be moved out of the supervision place of the exhibition goods. If it is necessary to move out for any reason, it shall be reported to the Customs for approval。
re-exit
After the end of the exhibition, the exhibition organizer or its agent shall go through the customs verification formalities with the customs of the place where the exhibition is held。When the exhibition goods are actually re-transported out of the country, the organizer of the exhibition or its agent shall submit the relevant cancellation list and transport documents to the Customs and complete the exit formalities for the exhibition goods。For the exhibition objects that need to be transported to other places of customs for re-export, after obtaining the approval of the Customs, customs transfer procedures shall be completed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Customs on transit transport。
The exhibits shall be transported out of China within 6 months from the date of entry。If it is necessary to extend the period of re-export, it shall be reported to the competent customs for approval, and the extension period shall not exceed 6 months。An exhibition held for a period of more than half a year shall be submitted to the General Administration of Customs for examination and approval in advance by the organizer or its agent。

After the closing of the exhibition, the organizer of the exhibition or its agent shall promptly submit a list of the verification and cancellation of the exhibition goods to the competent customs at the place where the exhibition is displayed。For the exhibition goods that are not returned in time, they shall be stored in the supervision places or warehouses designated by the Customs and subject to customs supervision。The Customs shall handle import formalities in accordance with relevant regulations for the exhibition items that are no longer transported out of the country, and the exhibition organizer shall promptly complete import clearance formalities with the Customs for the exhibition items, and shall be responsible for paying all taxes and fees unpaid by the exhibitor or its agent to the Customs。
